It is obvious that WordPress is having technical issues because my last post was posted by Thoughts and Views and it shows that it was posted by Vuelve a Empezar. The post appeared on my Facebook fan page as well and not on Twitter. These errors cause a serious set back with posting.

🤔 Hmm. I have not been online long today.
Also, I update my blog on a weekly basis (Which could be the reason why I have not encountered this technical issue).
I strongly advise that you alert WordPress’s Happiness Engineers about the technical issue that you are having.
